Terms and Conditions

The following conditions are to avoid any misunderstandings between guests and owners.
1. The premises are rented strictly on the basis that it is for holiday use only.
2. Telephone bookings will be held for 5 days until receipt of booking form and deposit.
3. Booking will be confirmed on receipt of booking form and deposit. The balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival date. Non payment will be regarded as a cancellation but we will contact you to confirm prior to attempting to re-let the property. The deposit will be refunded minus £15 administration charge, if we manage to re-let.
4. All prices quoted are in UK pounds.
5. Payment can be made by Bank Transfer, Cheque or Credit Card with Pay Pal.
6. If you have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to re-let the property and your payment will be refunded minus £15 for administartion. We will be sympathetic to genuine reasons for cancellation but we would strongly advice that you take out Holiday Cancellation Insurance to avoid losses.
7. Holidays normally run from Saturday to Saturday, starting at 4pm and ending at 10am on the day of departure. If you require different days we will do our best to accommodate your needs. If you would like Short mid week or weekend Breaks please contact us.
8. If the property is not available for reasons beyond our control, we will refund all moneys paid or offer to find alternative accommodation for you. The guests shall have no other claim against the owner.
9. The person who submits the booking form must agree to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all the occupants.
10. The property is for 4 people.All names should be on the booking form.
11. The guests should leave the property as they find it.
12. The owners would like the guests to contact them during their stay if there are any problems so that we can rectify as soon as possible. If there are any breakages during your stay, please let us know so that we can replace for you and subsequent guests.
