The weekly rates for 2011 are £300 - £600, depending on the season, and includes all utility bills, linen, towles, wireless broadband, incoming and emergency phonecalls, a welcome tray and a local village and New Forest parking permit.

Short midweek and weekend breaks are available on request.

A deposit of 30% of the full amount is payable with the booking. We will acknowledge receipt of your payment and confirm your booking.

The balance plus £50 security deposit is due 8 weeks before arrival. When the final payment is received we will send a receipt for your full payment.

Arrival time is 4pm on day of arrival and Departure is 10am on day of departure.Please let us know if this is inconvenient and we will do our best to be flexible .
